We at Extremoweb will be committed to personally take the time and efforts to assist clients with their web site developing needs but if at any time we are forced to terminate the job due to unrelated reasons and within a reasonable time from when the project was started, we will refund the full amount for the amount paid. Conversely to this, if at any time, we Extremoweb are requested by the client to terminate the work in progress we reserve the right to charge or retain the non-refundable project initiation fee.
Lastly, if a reasonable or extraordinary situation arises due to unexpected events that will ultimately force to stop the project, we Extremoweb and at our own option will give the choice to refund the full amount paid or place the project on hold. |
